To all students and teachers of all classes,
According to the requirements of the “Notice on the Final Exam Arrangements for the First Semester of 2022-2023 Academic Year” issued by the Office of Academic Affairs of Southwest Jiaotong University, the final exam arrangements of “Situation and Policy” for the first semester of the 2022-2023 academic year is explained as follows:
I. Exam Time and Location:
1. The exam time is from 15:50 to 17:25 on March 2, 2023, which is the 8th to 9th classes on Thursday afternoon of the 2nd week. The exam will last for 90 minutes.
2. See Attachment I below for the detailed exam locations of all classes.
II. Exam Subjects:
1. Classes that did not take final exams in the first semester of the 2022-2023 academic year.
2. Students who failed to attend the final exam as scheduled during the 13th to 15th weeks of the first semester may take this final exam with the consent of the course teacher, as they delayed returning to the University because of the epidemic or had other special reasons. For specific exam locations, please contact the teacher of the corresponding teaching class.
III. Exam Scope
The teaching content related to the three major topics and basic knowledge of the four history learning and education in the first semester of the 2022-2023 academic year.
IV. Exam Requirements
The exam should be an open-book test, and it is allowed to bring the textbook (including copies of relevant chapters of the textbook) during the exam. It is not allowed to carry other written materials other than the textbook, and is prohibited from using the cell phone and any electronic devices. Those who engage in disciplinary violations during the exam (including but not limited to: using electronic products to search for answers, talking to others, and transmitting test papers and answers) shall be handled in accordance with the “Measures for Handling Exam Violations in Undergraduate Students of Southwest Jiaotong University” and relevant regulations.
V. Score Calculation
The calculation method for the total score of semester is as follows: comprehensive score = attendance score [30%] + after-class major assignment [30%] + final exam score [40%]. Please take the exam on time and abide by the exam rules for students, and organize the exam in an orderly manner for teachers.
