We are now embarking on a vigorous effort to refine, implement, and adhere to the spirit of those relevant documents issued by the Ministry of Education on the comprehensive opening of the course ‘Introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era’, as well as deeply promote the learning and understanding of Xi Jinping The Governance of China IV and break new ideas, new views, and new theories of Xi Jinping’s governance into the classroom and into the minds of undergraduates at this most opportune time, so as to cast the soul and educate the people in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. After in-depth research by the school, the school has scheduled the ‘Establishment Ceremony of the Teaching and Research Section of Introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the Collective Preparation Meeting for the Ideological and Political Course on Xi Jinping The Governance of China IV’ at the 31325 lecture hall on the 13th floor of No. 3 teaching building at 9:30 a.m. on September 30, 2022 (Friday). The relevant details are as follows:

1. Establishment Ceremony of the Teaching and Research Section of Introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era

3. Lecture presentation: (Each department/section recommends one representative to make a lecture presentation lasting about 10 minutes on Xi Jinping The Governance of China IV in combination with the departmental courses. The lecture presentation must not only talk about the general idea and basic assumptions, but also about the integration of specific sections and content, as well as the specific methods and means of integration; The Department of Ideological and Political Education mainly gives lectures from the perspective of professionally constructing curriculum ideology and political education)

Ⅲ. Necessary Preparations
1. Combine individual self-study with department/section collective learning, deeply study Xi Jinping The Governance of China IV, and deeply grasp its significance, essential core, and ideological essence.
2. Each department/section shall hold a collective lesson preparation meeting. In combination with the nature, content, and characteristics of the course of the
department/section, it is necessary to conduct in-depth discussion on how to integrate the new thoughts, new ideas, and new assertions of Xi Jinping The Governance of China IV into the course teaching, and how to integrate the research results into the presentation of the collective lesson preparation meeting for the whole school.
3. All departments/sections’ presentation representatives are requested to send their presentation report PPT to Academic Administrator Ye Wen’s email (350481962@qq.com) or WeChat before 5:00 p.m. on September 29, 2022 (Thursday).
4. Representatives of each department/section must please make full preparations and strictly control their reports' duration to fall within 10 minutes.
